new foodcourt @ bugis junction

i was so surprised by the facelift in bugis junction - okay more than facelift - some of the little cafes / stalls i like is gone. One is the crystal jade macau - i like their pork buns. hee. and gosh, the food junction is gone too! it's now replaced by rows of new eateries. and the food court is now on the 3rd floor of parco bugis - very chic.

wanted to check out if the dessert stall that sells one of the best beancurd barley is still ard - and lo and behold, the answer is no. there is a dessert stall but the beancurd barley looks vastly different. damn.

ordered some chicken chop from the long queue western stall. food is not bad, mushroom soup is eeky. should have ordered the grilled chicken spaghetti bolognaise that everyone else ordered - that really looks good. okay - for next time!

desserts are quite expensive - think about $3 for most desserts. sigh, not worth a second try.
