Din Tai Fung @ Bishan

Went with some church friends to Din Tai Fung after service one Sunday. Personally, I never quite fancied the food there; i prefer Crystal Jade's La Mian Xiao Long Bao. The Lamian is not quite as good as Crystal Jade's and their Dan Dan mian is lacking of sauce. Din Tai Fung is famed for their paper-thin Soup Dumplings skin. Somehow i still prefer the Crystal Jade's Soup dumplings cos it's bigger and is more satifying as the soup bursts into your mouth as you bite into the dumpling.

But still it's a joy eating them here, cos i'm bias towards Soup Dumplings :)

Didn't take any picture of the mains, but took one of the dessert: Beancurd tofu in Red Dates syrup. This is quite nice and very refreshing.
