CNY Buffet

i think the caterer is from Phin's Steakhouse. anyway i'm pretty amazed to see crustacean served at a normal HOME buffet....food is okay, pretty good.

anyway the best dish of the night is not from the caterer, but a congee my bf's uncle cooks every CNY. Damn good - it is broiled for more than 7 hours in a rich stock and garnished with abalone, roasted duck, seasoned jellyfish etc. See how the 2 little ones enjoy the congee.....
