we used to dine at their korean outlet @ taka, but this time we're at centrepoint shopping so my bf suggested we have lunch there since there is no 'lunch opening hours'...but a happy-all day menu available. and well, i can always rely on them for my fave comfort food!
the usual condiments - normal. but i like shilowan (suntec) for their unlimited servings of condiments.
cold fatty pork rolled in cabbage...with some bean paste veg. it's pretty good....reminds me of some beijing or china dish. there isn't enough cabbage to go around for the pork slices and we asked for more cabbage of which i think we paid a few bucks for it.
bf rolled this for me...hee.
ginseng chicken soup - err, i actually prefer the one served by the korean-run restaurant @ circular road. see my earlier posting. or maybe becos i had this soup twice within a week so the marginal utility decreases. but i still like the soup so much i'll again gladly pay $6 for a top up of the soup.
the waitress claims that this is their specialty dessert: hee...well, the mango pudding in the centre tastes like any other crystal jade's mango pudding. but okay la, the presentation is different.
